The Nomads Foundation is an independent non-profit public foundation that aims to enable cities in Switzerland to be the pioneers of innovations. The Nomads Foundation oversees 4 different hubs such as mobility, energy efficiency, future jobs, and new social contract adaptes to the changes that the digital technologies will bring to the world of work. They are concerned about reducing the carbon footprint of the Swiss society seeing as Switzerland contributes to 2-3% of the global emissions. For that reason, they intend to promote the common good by updating skills in social needs. The foundation’s mission is to achieve the 17 goals of sustainable development goals and their vision is to be the driving force behind the development of a sustainbale society.
